The plot to change the name of the Duraippa Stadium !

It is a matter of condemnation to change the name of Duraiyappa Stadium, "said Northern Provincial Council Chairman CVK Sivagannam.During the forthcoming municipal council session, a member of the Tamil National Alliance (MNC) will forward a proposal to change the name of the Duraiappa Stadium.

Former Mayor Mr. Alfred Duraippa Duraiyappa created the stage, which was created over the past 35 years, is internationally known and has been renovated under the name of the Duriyapappa Sport Stadium.  In this situation, the game is a symbol of the Tamil people for over three decades 

Now it is an absurd and unwanted  this to change its name.
