LTTE flags emerge from Mulaitivu beach

A flag belonging to the LTTE organisation had been found by the security forces yesterday (18) from the Mulaitivu, Selvapuram coastal area.The Mulaithivu Police had commenced investigations into the incident after fishermen had spotted the flag and notified the security forces.

The security forces suspect that the relevant flag may have been washed ashore with the other garbage due to the sea water level rising in the Mulaitivu area.
