Suriya’s ‘Kaappaan’ from 15 August

K V Anand and Suriya are coming together after Ayan and Maattrraan for a movie titled Kaappaan. They began shooting in Londoin a few months ago.

Now the makers have revealed that the film is almost complete. Buzz is that it will hit screens 15 August.

Bankrolled by Lyca Productions, the movie has Sayeesha Sehgal as heroine. The movie boasts of a huge star cast that includes Mohanlal, Arya among others.

Music is by Harris Jayaraj. Sources say that Suriya plays a NSG Commando in the film and he underwent immense training for it.

Suriya is also part of NGK, a movie helmed by Selvaraghavan. It has been in the making for a while. Music is by Yuvan Shankar Raja. Suriya’s last venture was Thaana Serndha Kootam, directed by Vignesh Sivan.
