Mannar people protesting to evacuate navy

A mass demonstration was held at Chilavathurai today at 1.30 pm on demanding the removal of the Naval marines in the Chilaw Division in Musali Divisional Secretariat Division.

After Jumma prayer several hundreds of Muslims from two mosques in the town of Chilaw rallied to the navy campus where they were  carrying many slogans with various  versions were written

Today also as 24th day of protestation demonstrators gathered at the road side shouting chorusly against Naval Marines and the government.
