Director Bharathiraja to act in Sivakarthikeyan-Pandiraj film

Director Pandiraj was the one to bring Sivakarthikeyan from small TV screen to silver screen through the film Marina. Though Siva played only a supporting role in the film, it was still his ticket to stardom.

After Marina, Siva again teamed up with Pandiraj for the film Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga. The film bombed at the box office. Now, after about six years, Siva and Pandiraj have again come together to work in a film.

In the upcoming film, notable filmmaker Bharathiraja has been roped in for a role. The actor-director might play the role of Sivakarthikeyan's father or grandfather. Bharathiraja has proven his acting prowess through many films like Aayutha Ezhuthu and Pandianadu.

He is currently acting in a film with director Suseenthiran titled Kennedy Club, which is based around the game of Kabaddi.

About five Sivakarthikeyan films are in various stages of production. Though his last film Seema Raja failed to make a mark at the box office, Siva quickly came back on track with his debut production venture Kanaa.
