Tamil political prisoners not released by Sumanthiran's request ! A shocking News !!

Former Minister Basil Rajapaksa said Tamil political prisoners were still detained in the jail by only the Tamil National Alliance Parliament Member MA Sumanthira's request.

He stated this in an interview to the special edition of a weekly magazine. More he  expressed that : 

We have fulfilled 99 percent of our actions on our release of political prisoners in connection with the LTTE.

This government had only one percent of the action for their  release.The TNA, including Sumanthiran, will never want to release these people in the name of good government.

The Tamil National Alliance created this government. Today the Tamil National Alliance is protecting the government. If this is the case, Sampanthan or Sumanthiran will be able to put the pressure on the government to make it easier.

But they will not do that. They should be in jail to trick people into politics in the north, and this is their political dilemma.

From this , it is crystal clear that TNA's  request is the only thing why the Tamil  political prisoners are still in custody.
