Should an arbitrary Regional Manager like Nadarajah Bakeerathan be needed for the development of NSB ?

According to the customers of the banks, it is informed that Mr. N. Bakeerathan has been involved in so many irregularities such as treating staff in front of customers- scolding them in uncivilized manners  like a vandalistic person.

It is reported from the well informed sources that these irregularities, revenging acts and misconducts of the RM of NSB seem getting increased in day to day bank proceedings . By the way, many staff getting afraid to complain against him for his misdeeds.

According to the whole network of National Serving Banks employees in the North view this inhuman behavior of the Regional Manager as a ridiculous one.

As this NSB includes vast number of customers throughout the peninsula, many have the opinion that this person is being an unfit for this post.
