World Cup Warm-up Live: West Indies opts to bowl against South Africa

◙ FOUR- First runs on the board. Beautiful shot from Hashim Amla as he gets off the mark with a boundary. On the pads and he flicks it  through the mid-wicket.

◙ Cool conditions greet the players as the two sides make their way. The Wet Indies players are warming up and are out there in the middle and out come the South Africa openers, Hashim Amla and Quinton de Kock. Jason Holder to open the attack. Here we go!

◙ Toss: West Indies won the toss and elected to bowl first.

◙  Jason Holder at the Toss: We're going to field first. It looks like a green wicket with a bit of grass covering so we'll look to make full use of it. The preparation has gone well, it is the last chance for us to finalize combinations. We are playing twelve today - Fabien, Roach and another guy. We have to work to our strengths, we have got good fast bowlers, a left-armer and a good mix of players.

◙  JP Duminy at the Toss: It is important to understand the conditions here, it would be different from the ones we experienced at Cardiff. Nothing has happened to Faf, he will be batting today, but I will be captaining the side.
