Fees for issuing of passports revised

According to a Budget Proposal passed in Parliament for the year 2019 the charges for issuing of passports has been increased from tomorrow (01), the Department of Immigration and Emigration said.

According the general fee which was Rs. 3000 has been increased to Rs. 3500.

The Department of Immigration and Emigration said the charge for issuing passports in one day which was Rs. 10,000 has been increased to Rs. 15,000.
