Hizbullah was removed by Southern Governor?

The news claiming that the Eastern Province Governor M.L.A.M. Hisbullah had handed over his letter of resignation to the President is said to be false, Sri Lanka Mirror learns.

It is reported that the cause for such a speculation is an FB post by the Southern Province Governor Keerthi Tennakoon.
