PSC probing Easter attacks to convene again today

The special Parliament Select Committee appointed to probe the Easter Sunday attacks is due to convene once again today The Committee will convene from 3pm to 9pm.

Deputy Inspector General of Police of the Criminal Investigations Department Ravi Seneviratne, Director of the CID Superintendent of Police Shani Abeysekera, and former Director of the Terrorist Investigation Division DIG Nalaka de Silva will appear before the Committee this evening.

Secretary of Defence General Shantha Kottegoda and the Chief of the State Intelligence Unit Sisira Mendis were brought before the committee during its first sitting.
