Northern Province Governor calls on Sampanthan

Newly appointed Governor of the Northern Province Dr Suren Raghavan called on TNA leader R Sampanthan at the latter's official residence in Colombo yesterday (Jan 08). This is Dr. Raghavan's first official meeting following his appointment as Governor.
