Newly appointed Jaffna Commander meets with Northern Governor

The newly appointed Commander of the Security Force Headquarters – Jaffna, Major General Ruwan Wanigasooriya called on Northern Governor Suren Raghavan today (Jul 16). The meeting took place at the Governor’s official residence, the Governor’s Office said. Maj. Gen. Wanigasooriya succeeds Major General Dharshana Hettiarachchi who served in the North for more than two years.
