Entering a new phase now: Shruti Haasan

Having completed 10 years as an actress, Shruti Haasan has taken the opportunity to reflect upon herself and her career.  She also said that she is entering a new phase in her career.  

"There is so much that I have learned and so much I am thankful for.  I feel blessed to see this day.  I promise I will work harder, do better, and make everyone who supported me proud.  I have learned that this business is a family, there is good and there is not so good, but most of all there is hope, growth, and passion," the 'Gabbar Singh', 'Race Gurram' and 'Srimamthudu' actress said.  

The 33-year-old actress further added, "I have changed so much as an actor and so much as a person.  Taking a break for a year and reassessing my professional and personal goals was so important to me and it has helped me prepare myself for the next phase.  I am excited about the phase."
