State Minister found positive for Covid 19

State Minister Janaka Wakkumbura has tested positive for Covid-19.

Parliamentarian is the 8th member of Parliament to contract the virus this month (August).

State Minister was undergoing qurantine after his daughter had tested positive for Covid-19.

Accordingly, State Minister has tested positive today after undergoing a PCR test.
