Stock of sugar in the country enough only for 3 weeks ! Sugar to be sold 100/= more per kilo .

Importers Union expressed that the sugar stock in the country is only for 3 weeks in the country. There would be a strong need for sugar unless the government fail to permit to import sugar.

Further he said that bakery products too are to be hampered in production in future if this situation persists .
