Hoarded Sugar reports false! - Global Park refuted

Logistics firm - Global Park has refuted social media reports citing that stocks of sugar concealed by them have been uncovered by authorities.

 The company is owned by the daughter of former minister - Ravi Karunanayake.In a statement, the company has refuted the above mentioned claim.

The company adds that an inspection done on Aug. 30, the Consumer Affairs Authority had confirmed on Sep. 02 that no illegally hoarded stocks of any product including sugar had been found from their warehouses.
