Gang war became communal war in Udupiddy area in Jaffna

A Hot verbal war led to a communal disturbance in Udupiddy in Jaffna and as it became uncontrollable the police had to call upon Army to bring the village under control. It seems that the Security forces rounded up the village and has been trying to bring peace.

This tension formed between Illakady  and Vannichi Amman Kovil area rowdies and then later became a communal war in the village.Thereby the villagers are kept in nervous situation. This tense atmosphere has been prevailing since a few days,
