The reality of the corrupt politics of this country will come out when the truth of the Easter attack is revealed - Fr. Cyril Gamini

Sri Lanka Catholic Church spokesman Fr/ Cyril Gamini says that one day the truth about the Easter attack will be revealed and the people will be able to see the true face of the corrupt politics in this country.

"We want the government to take responsibility for this internationally. We know that the government has taken a number of steps since then to prevent the truth of this attack from being revealed. 

We saw an attempt to hide certain things without making the commission report public. Only one volume was given to the Cardinal and to Parliament. There are 22 more volumes that were given only to the Attorney General. We do not know exactly how many volumes there were in this. We do not know if there are any volumes that have not been given to anyone else. 

Now the IGP says that after the current President came to power, he gave him full authority to carry out this investigation. The current IGP is the acting IGP after the removal of Pujith Jayasundara. What did he do during that time? Does the President have to say to an IGP to do his job properly?

The day the truth of this attack is revealed, the real face of this corrupt politics in our country will come out. Then the people will decide how corrupt and murderous this politics is. "
