Swords rowdies broke into house in Pashaiyur in Jaffna for attack! Within 30 minutes 7 were nabbed by police!!

7were arrested by the police while they were engaged in attacking a house in Pashaiyur village in Jaffna. It is said that the police arrested the vandals within 30 minutes since they started their attack on the house.

It is reported regarding the incident as follows:  Yesterday at about 2.30 pm, some rowdies with swords,iron bars and bicycle chains entered a house by the side St.Antony’s Church in Pashaiyur and started to damage the house violently. Then the group threatened the house inmates and was fleeing away.

Within this, the police intelligence unit according to the information they got rushedto the spot and rounded up the prescribed area immediately. 7 of the gang were arrested and their arms too were seized.

It is said to be the arrested thugs are from Maniyam Thottam and their arms too were captured to hand over to the station.
