SLMA urges Basil to stop allowing liquor sales
The Sri Lanka Medical Association (SLMA) has warned that opening up liquor stores before the quarantine curfew is lifted, could lead to several problems.
In a letter to Finance minister - Basil Rajapaksa, the SLMA has urged to stop this immediately. Noting that alcohol shouldn't be even sold online, the SLMA points out that this could lead to increased cases of domestic violence and road mishaps.
