36 Bodies of Corona cases cremated in outer district

The Director of Jaffna General Hospital, Dr. Sathiyamorthy stated that 36 bodies of Corona patients have been sent to outer district for cremation until last Sunday.

While he stated in regard of this, he added that the bodies of those died from Corona infection are being sent according to suitable hygienic guidelines to outer district for electro cremation.

We arrange facilities to the relations of those bodies who are unable to pay for purchasing coffins and travel from some non-governmental organizations such as AruThirumagan.

Hence we kindly request the people who lose their kith or kins from Corona infectionto avoid attending cremation mostly and pray for them at home safely.
