3 including a police officer caught in smuggling cannabis from Jaffna! 6 kilo cannabis seized by Mankulam police!! One said to be from Kodikamam.

Three who were smuggling cannabis from Jaffna have been arrested by Mankulam

In regard to an information received by Mankulam police that cannabis is being smuggled along A-9 high way, when the police searched a car passing they have arrested three in the car with 6 kilos of cannabis.

Smuggled cannabis has been captured and the three including a police officer also takeninto the custody.

Out of the three arrested, the police officer from Puttalam, the other from Nochiyagama and one from Kodikamam are being interrogated by Mankulam police.
