Dial ‘1945’ for Digital Vaccination Cards

The Sri Lanka Air Force has introduced a hotline to request digital vaccination cards, for those who have received both doses of a Covid-19 vaccine.

Accordingly, you could dial 1945 and give the relevant details for it.

The Government will take measures to provide the digital vaccination cards once the information is collected, Sri Lanka Air Force further stated.
