100 kilos of explosives captured from Islamic extremists! Shocking information in inquiry !!

100 kilograms of explosives and 100 detonators which were recovered in a  poultry in the Puttalam Vanathivilu area ,  were initially seen as associated with anti-social activity.

However, investigations have revealed that the investigations have been shocking..The massive ammunition was part of a series of investigations into the incident in Buddha in the central province..

They were rescued during the raid by the STF commanders in the Vannathilai area near Vilpattu forest. Officials have also revealed that four suspects were arrested today for a 90-day custody of a suspected Islamic militia.

The arrested suspects include the owner of the above farm. The Criminal Investigation Department has said that three teams have been conducting investigations into the incident, as the Special Operations Officer has been conducting further investigation into the captured explosives. AWB, the international media reported on this incident, has been mentioned in the Vanathivilu incident as one of the recovered explosives in Sri Lanka after 2009.
