STF forces rounded up in Kilinochi! Many arrested !!

Today,in Kilinochi, during a rounded up operation launched by STF troops, 8 people have been arrested including a woman too .

In the area of Kallaru in Thrmapuram police division, when there was a clash between two groups, an attack had been launched upon the police who went there on duty.

During the incident 4 police officers were injured.

Following this, today a round up operation has been made to arrest the culprits who had launched the attack on police officers.

Tharmapuram police and the army with STF men jointly involved in the operation. Altogether 8 suspects including a woman have been arrested. And additionally 4 motor bikes without license, a sword , a local made gun and 18 litres of illegal Kasippu were also seized by the police.
