The Statue of Holy Mary smashed ! Anti- social elements’ vandalism in Delft!!

The statue of Holy Mary has been smashed at Ottaipanaiyadi area in Delft police division in Ward Number 5 by some anti-social elements.  

It is reported that the above incident has been taken place at noon today. This statue has been worshipped for a long time by the people in the area.

As soon as the people have seen the statue broken, immediately they have made a complaint to the Delft police.

Following this the police rushed to spot and started their interrogation proceedings.
