31 injuries on dead body of Sutharsan under police custody!- Lawyer Suhash revealed!!

Lawyer Suhash stated that owing to judicial inquiries in connection with dead youngster from Batticalo Magistrate Courts, it is found that there were 31 injuries on the body of the deceased boy, Sutharsan under police custody in Batticalo police station.

The police had given wrong information to the courts that the boy had committed suicide.But, according to the Lawyer Suhash it was said that the medical reported received by the courts the truth has come out contrary to what the police had already given the statement in connection with the death of the boy,Sutharsan.

He said that Courts are being keen in finding out that police fabricate the matter in a wrong direction against reality of boy’s death. He said that they welcome the courts attitude in this case.

The particular case has been adjourned to oncoming 15th next month.
