Jaffna Municipal Councilor handed over highly precious jewels which he has found out before the Bank!

The Jaffna Municipal councilor, Sivakanthan Thanushan has found some jewels lying in front of Jaffna National Savings Bank. At once he picked them up and handed over to the Manager of the Bank to make the jewels to reach the owner.

Following this, through the Bank he could identify the owner of the jewels and in front of the manger he handed over them to the owner.
