Import of essential goods also be limited!- finance Minister’s shocking news

The Minister of Finance, Basil Rajapakse has said that in oncoming days the country’s national production would be developed and for this people should cooperate for this purpose.

He said that permission has been granted to private sector to import chemical fertilizer and chemical pesticides. He said this in a discussion held in the Ministry of agriculture yesterday.

When he spoke, he said further that the government has no change in its policy of keeping up of national sustainable agriculture. To practice this the Minister of agriculture Mahindanantha Aluthgamage is undergoing into many crisis.

While he said more, he pointed out that through the budget passed for the year 2022 a huge change can be brought up. Now the current problem is being the stock of foreign exchange in the country.
