In J/ Tholpuram area house broken robbery! As neighbours alerted robbers escaped!!

In Jaffna,Tholpuram area some robbers house broke and robbed  7 ¼ gold jewels and when the next door people alerted they escaped.

In respect of the above incident, it is learnt that the house owner of the house is being a driver and when he was away for work, his mother left his wife with her parents and went to Bank to withdraw money.

In this situation, the neighbors had phoned her that your dog barked unusually and when we went to see, a two men were running away from your house.

The daughter-in-law of the house came at once and when she saw she found the door had been broken and some jewels in a tin were missing.

Following this, this matter was complained to Vaddukoddai police to take necessary action. Then the police visited the house and had inspected their CCTV camera footage to find out the robbers.

The police is taking ,measures to arrest the thieves engaged in the robbery.
