Egg & chicken prices to dip after allowing Maize imports?

D.B. Herath the State Minister of Livestock, Farm Promotion, and Dairy & Egg Related Industries has said that the green light has been given to import 04 million tonnes of maize as animal feed.

With this, traders have agreed to decrease the price of an egg by Rs. 02 and the price of a Chicken kilo by Rs. 50.
