Massive demonstration by Jaffna Uni. students ! Closing main entrance University curbed ..

Students took massive demonstration against the Uni.Admin closing the University main entrance today morning.

They request to approve the students union which had been deactivated for many months.

Following this, situation has been arisen in which uni. teachers and staff are being unable to enter into the university to do their duties.

Thereby the Vice Chancellor Sri Satgunnarajah has requested the demonstrating students to open the main entrance as exams are being under way and he promised to give opportunity to have negotiation.

But it is said  the students have declined his request and being firm in continuing their protestation further long.
