Parliament road closed today, tomorrow ! Govt gears up its atrocity once more !!

Several roads around the Parliament complex will be closed today and tomorrow, according to the Sri Lanka Police Headquarters.

The police stated that this decision was taken to prevent inconvenience to the parliamentarians and staff members when attending parliament due to the protests.

Accordingly, the Parliament Road from Diyatha Uyana Junction to Polduwa Junction to Jayanthipura Junction and from Jayanthipura Junction to Kiyangnam Junction will be closed during parliament sitting days.

The by-roads leading to Parliament Road will also be closed during that period, police said.
