Why isn’t Mahinda still arrested?

The Socialist Youth Union (SYU) has raised a question as to why former Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa is not being arrested over the violence that was unleashed on protesters on May 09th.

Addressing a media briefing its National Organizer Eranga Gunasekara criticized the inability to enforce the law against politicians similar to what is applicable to normal citizens.
