Explosion at house in Elpitiya

The owner of a house in the Nagahatenna area in Katapola, Elpitiya was injured in an explosion this morning (2), Elpitiya Police said.

The explosion had occurred around 9.20 this morning and police suspect that a bomb hidden in the house may have exploded.

The Elpitiya Police is conducting further investigations.
