Ministers' resignations illegal; President missing: Ranil convenes cabinet

It is reported the recent spate of resignations from ministers are invalid as the President is missing and there isn't anyone to accept the resignations.

Harin Fernando, Manusha Nanayakkara, Bandula Gunawardene, Mahinda Amaraweera, and Dhammika Perera are the ministers who have announced their resignations.
