Man's body found in Galle Face beach

The body of an unidentified young man was washed ashore on the Galle Face beach this evening, police said.

The Fort Police is investigating to identify the body and the cause of the death.

The deceased is reportedly aged around 20 years old and the body has been sent to the National Hospital in Colombo.
