Dhaniz Ali to be produced in court tomorrow!

The Colombo Chief Magistrate's Court today (01) ordered the Superintendent of Prisons to present Dhaniz Ali in court tomorrow (02).  He is suspected of involvement in the incident of illegally entering the Sri Lanka Rupavahini Corporation and disrupting its broadcasts.

Colombo Chief Magistrate Nandana Amarasinghe issued the order after considering a request made by the Cinnamon Gardens Police.

The suspect named Dhaniz Ali is currently in remand custody in relation to another case pending in the Fort Magistrate's Court and he has been ordered to appear before the Colombo Chief Magistrate's Court today.

According to that order, the suspect was not brought to court today by the prison authorities.

Therefore, the magistrate ordered the prison authority to present the suspect to the court tomorrow.
