Four drown in Nilwala River

Four men have gone missing from a group of people who went to bathe at Udaha Ella, Nilwala River in Pitabeddara this evening, police said.

The victims were part of a group of people who were working in a private company in Midigama and had gone to bathe after joining a party in Akuressa.

Pitabeddara police are conducting further investigations.
