Three rusted paper pins within a loaf of bread bought in a shop in Jaffna!

In J/Atchuveli area one has bought some bread from a boutique. When he took the bread home and was prepared to cut it for his children 3 rusted paper pins were found inside the bread.

Immediately the matter was informed to Health inspector of the area and investigations are proceeding on.
