EPDP faction fight against Mayor Manivannan in J. M. C

10 man strong EPDP faction in Jaffna Municipal Council prepared to clash with Mayor Manivaannan over installation of a memorial tomb in Kalviyankadu suburb on 27th .

It is known that EPDP faction of ten councilors unanimously allege that Mayor behaves in an autocratic way without counselling all  the members of this council.
