Group attacks sleeping driver and steals his lorry

A group of people had attacked a driver of lorry in Wennappuwa Ulhitiawa. and stolen the vehicle 

The assailants had attacked the driver with a knife while he was sleeping. 

The group had also robbed 1,800 liters of kerosene worth Rs. 800,000/- and the mobile phone of the driver.

Police investigations are underway to arrest the suspects.
