Escaped Kandakadu inmate, who was found starving, dies in hospital

An inmate among the escapees from Kandakadu Rehabilitation Centre, who was apprehended in the jungle at Welikanda has died while receiving medical treatment.

He was admitted to hospital in a starving condition on 10 November dies in hospital last night, the police spokesman said.
