Police Commissioner's sincerity for an economic murderer !

One of the handful economic murders was given a warm welcome by a police commissioner at BIA  on his way back to Srilanka from US. 

This  incident crystal clearly testifies how the rulers had appointed him for this supreme post of  police department.
