Sandya Ekneligoda, wife of missing journalist Prageeth Ekneligoda, has been fighting a lone battle for 12 long years to seek justice for her husband. In January 2022, Sandya made a vow to Goddess Kali, following which several major changes took place in Sri Lanka’s political landscape. Her efforts to seek justice for her husband have been acknowledged both locally and internationally.
