Kankesanturai-bound train only up to Anuradhapura today

The Kankesanturai-bound train from Colombo Fort will travel up to Anuradhapura railway station today (Jan 08), the Department of Railways says.

The decision has been taken due to the renovation of the tracks on Northern Line.

It is estimated that it would take at least 05 months to complete the renovations.
