Complications at high risk among unvaccinated

Sri Lanka’s health authorities warned on Tuesday (Sept. 7) that those who have not been vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus, are at high risk of complications after being infected with the virus.

Those who have not been vaccinated and infected with the virus could suffer various complications for close to three months following recovery, Dr. Ranjith Batuwanthudawa, the Director of the Health Promotion Bureau (HPB) pointed out.
