Vandalism of putting fire on a house fence in Navaly ..! Two of 19,20 year olds arrested.

In Jaffna/Navaly  two have been arrested for the complaint of putting fire on a house fence.

In Navaly this incident is reported to be happened yesterday night and the house fence had been renovated a few days ago only.

According to the complaint made by the house owner two youngsters of 19 and 20 years have been arrested by Manipay police.
