In yesterday’s heavy rain Jaffna Town looked like a flooded ocean but in  a few hours it seemed all rain flood ran out.People are seemed to talk highly of Jaffna Municipal Councils’ administration for its timely felt project works of drainage systems in the Town.

The flood was made to run out in a few hours by the instant work of Mayor Manivannan and his councilors like Parthiban and other Commissioner with other councilors.
